Air Systems
Like all of the company's odor control systems, every ECSP air-aspirated system is completely custom-built to client- and site-specific needs.

Systems using plant- or compressor-produced air have many inherent advantages. They are very safe to operate at low air and liquid pressures and can be provided in explosion-proof models for critical areas. Automatic self-cleaning nozzles reduce the need for operator maintenance and allow users to place the nozzles in difficult-to-access areas such as ductwork and flues.

A central Odor Control Panel regulates the flow of air and liquid to the nozzles and can adjust pressures while the system is operating. This panel also filters the water supply and dilutes the odor neutralizer. Diluted odor neutralizer is stored in a drum and is fed directly to the nozzles; the mix is the aspirated into the odorous air stream. Each Odor Control Panel can operate up to fifty nozzles. ECSP offers a broad range of nozzle tips and setups to ensure maximum contact between the odor neutralizer and the malodor

Air-aspirated odor control systems are ideal for controlling point source odors and odors within ducted air-handling systems or cramped, enclosed process and storage areas. It is also highly suited to retrofitting and upgrading older scrubber systems.

Allows for changes in the dilution rate to be made without turning off the Odor Control Panel.
Automatic Level Controller
Ensures a ready supply of pre-diluted odor neutralizer is available on demand to the odor control system.
Self Cleaning Nozzles
Reduces the need for continuous cleaning and maintenance of the nozzle and ensures continuous operation.
Choice of Activation Mechanisms
The air system can be as simple as turning a switch on, an air valve or as complex as an integrated process activation or weather control activation. Whatever is required can be designed.
