The high pressure hydraulic odor control systems are infinitely flexible in design and construction The atomization line can be supplied in either high pressure flexible tubing or utilizing stainless steel pipe and fittings. Standard in-line water filtration with our hydraulic systems cleanses down to 5 micron ensuring minimal downtime or nozzle clogging due to calcification or other solids in the water supply. Water softening units may also be included if required.

The pump and motor is supplied fully enclosed on a very sturdy aluminum frame, with a painted aluminum cover for extended corrosion resistance and durability The pumping unit is supplied TEFC and mechanically cooled. An extensive combination of pumps and motors can be utilized to suit on-site needs and the various international power requirements.

The high pressure hydraulic atomization nozzles used can be supplied in a variety of orifice sizes to suit each particular application. The orifice size determines the water droplet size and flow rate into the atmosphere. The standard hydraulic nozzles are brass with a stainless steel insert orifice although ECSP can supply full stainless nozzles for highly corrosive atmospheres.

Nozzle lines can be supplied with any combination of nozzle spacings and manifold line. Several nozzle lines can be run from a single pump unit utilizing a unique combination of specially made manifolds and control valves.

ECSP's high pressure hydraulic odor control system can be supplied with basic controls fixed to the pump module or in a control panel which can located in a more convenient or accessible area. The control panel can be assembled to activate manually or automated to be activated by a time sequence, process controllers, weather activation or specified gas counts. The control panel can also provide maintenance prompters for the filtration systems, the pump and motor to ensure long term operation and reliability.

Injection of ECSP's odor control chemicals can be adjusted using other proportional hydraulic injection systems or electronic metering devices depending on the site requirements. These proportional injectors may be adjusted during operation if necessary to compensate for additional or abnormal odor levels-Standard electrical units, explosion proof units, electric or diesel powered mobile units, whatever special requirements you may have ECSP can design and build the odor control system that will meet your special needs and your expectations.

Designed, built and supplied by our engineering department ECSP will ensure that you get the right system for your needs. If required, ECSP can also provide an ongoing regular maintenance service to ensure peak performance of your odor control system at all times.
